Apple Music error

Some songs won’t play even if I have it downloaded. It will skip over them if I have it on shuffle and if I click on the song to listen to it then it won’t let it play. Why is this and how do I fix it?

If you can't download, play, or access songs

First, check iTunes to see if the song is ineligible for upload., if you added the song to your library from the Apple Music catalog, it might no longer be available on Apple Music.
