I recently cancelled my apple music subscription but I still have money on my account. How do I get my money back?

Do you mean that you cancelled early in the subscription month? The service will continue to be available until the end of your subscription period, and you aren't due for a refund. If you wish you can query this with Support to see whether they are willing to make an exception:
