We are users like yourself. See if you can find your email receipt, note the product ID or Order # and contact Apple directly.  The email receipt should contain your order number, the Apple ID it was purchased under, the payment information method and date of charge(s). You should see a place within the email to "report a problem". Click on that link within the email.
