How can I find /etc/apache2/users ?

I want to set up PHP and MySQL on a MacBook Pro running Mojave. I'm following a guide @ https://coolestguidesontheplanet.com/install-apache-mysql-php-on-macos-mojave-10-14/ which looks fairly simple, but I've run into several problems.

I definitely want to ditch the Terminal and use a software program that's more intuitive. Can someone tell me where the folder /etc/apache2/users is located? And is there a way I can view it in Finder?

What software program can I use to create a .conf file and open it up and modify it?

Thanks for any tips.

Type cmd-shift-g in Finder.

Type the path into the dialog box and hit Go.

If you download BBedit from BareBones' website, you can edit the files directly. It will authenticate when necessary to edit the system files.
