Issue with calling

I have a fairly new iPhone 8 Plus and this issue just recently started where when I call someone, I can hear them perfectly fine. I’ve tried calling multiple people and they can never hear me. Just about a week ago, it was working perfectly fine, but all of a sudden this just started happening. I haven’t changed any settings or dropped it or anything so I have no idea what’s going on.
