Is "Legacy Developer: Jmicron" a security issue for Mojave?

In Systems Preferences/Security & Privacy/General there is a message "System software from developer "Legacy Developer: JMicron" was blocked from loading. Can anyone explain this to me. And who is JMicron and should this be allowed to be on my Mac. I assume that it was blocked for a security reason? Is there anything to worry?

MacBook Pro 13”, macOS 10.14

By default Mojave blocks unsigned kernel extensions. Look for them in /System/Library/Extensions/

Specifically, it is probably this one:

/System/Library/Extensions/JMicronATA.kext

If that's the one, it's very old. Probably more than a decade.

Is there anything to worry?

No. It's not loaded, and is doing nothing.
