Apple devices app not show music on "my device"

The Apple devices app for windows 11 do not show the music on iphone when i select the option "Music" on "On My Devices", wheel keep on spinning and nothing happends.

Can someone help?

I tried to close de app, reinstall the app, restar the phone, and nothing solved the problem.
