MacOS only changes light/dark themes automatically when Night Shift is enabled according to Night Shift's time set

I want macOS to change between light/dark theme automatically, but it wasn't.

The reason is because I had set the time to active Night Shift between 10pm and 6am, and the theme switcher follows this configuration instead of a proper configuration of itself.

This is really bad because I don't want both things to necessarily be enabled at the same time. I want my theme to be dark at night, but it does not mean I want to prepare to sleep (that's why I use Night Shift).
