iCloud Private Data Request will NOT Download.

iCloud private data request (Apple Notes) will not download.

I keep receiving an error when downloading it. The error is "Decompression Failure."

I've read through the forums here and I tried the Safari > Settings > Open "safe" files after downloading and no luck. When I uncheck that setting, the download appears to go through; however, the file still shows 0 bytes and when you try to open it, it says that the file is unrecognizable. When I checked that box back on, back to the same problem.

I have tried downloading via Safari, Safari on iOS, and MS Edge on my PC. All give an error upon downloading.

The only thing I haven't tried yet was to wait and try again later.

Has anyone had success in solving the issue? And if you did, how did you do it? Thanks!
