Can I disable all the Peacock ads within the Apple TV App? I don't want to sign up for Peacock and it's filling up the whole interface with spam. The whole reason I pay a premium for Apple One is so I don't have to get inundated with ads like this.
Change your location to Apple TV instead of the Home tab that you are currently viewing and the only thing you will see is what you can watch for free with the Apple TV/Apple One subscription. The Home tab shows content for other services that may require a subscription and you will also see those ads, including the free trial episodes for other services. I use the Apple TV tab and don't ever see a single ad in the UI other than for the shows that I can watch for free with the service. The Peacock ad you referenced does not appear there either.

The Apple One subscription does not include an ad-free Peacock subscription at all. It includes Apple TV+, Apple Music, Apple Arcade, and additional iCloud storage. With that said there is a bundle subscription for Peacock for anyone that has Apple TV+/Apple One and there are 2 choices to get Peacock Premium (with ads) and Peacock Premium+ (without ads) at a reduced rate. You can cancel that bundle that you apparently signed up for that includes Peacock and return to the standard Apple One subscription where there are no ads using the Apple TV+ programming.
If you don't have a need for the other services included with Apple One, then you may be better off with just the Apple TV+ subscription that will save you money.
You can still bundle the Apple TV+ subscription and Peacock with either the Peacock plan that includes ads for $14.99 or the Apple TV+ subscription and the Peacock plan without ads for $19.99. That compares to the standalone subscription of Apple TV+ without Peacock for $12.99.

If you don’t want ads, you have to pay for the subscription level that doesn’t have ads.
Im not talking about within the Peacock service. I'm talking about in the Apple TV app menu interfaces, there are ads trying to get me to bundle peacock. See this reddit thread for reference: The Peacock Ad is obnoxious and un-Apple like
