Restoring Music:
Where were these photos and videos restored from? Are you transferring from an old iPhone to a new iPhone?
Turn On Music in iCloud on your iPhone:
Be logged into the same Apple Account.
Do you subscribe to Apple Music?
Was the music purchased from the iTunes Store? Ripped to a computer from CD and synced to your phone from there?
Did you 'restore' from an iCloud backup or backup made to a computer.
If you restored from a computer, does that computer contain your music library?
