InRoute app fails on iPad Pro after update; works on mini

I use inRoute app on my iPad pro for business. After the 12-12-25 update my map programs stopped work. I use an Bluetooth GPS antenna. I know for sure that my location is set correctly. The antenna has the most recent firmware and up to date. I recently did a reset to factory. I started the iPad as new. Not from the cloud. I also loaded it on my wife's mini and it works?

Any suggestion?

UPDATE; For anyone who might be having the same issue.

I just received this from the Dual GPS Support.

There has been multiple reports of iOS 26.1 and iOS 26.2 on the iPad not

properly passing the GPS data to apps via Apple Core Location

Frameworks that automatically detects external GPS devices and sends

that location data to the apps. This error has happened a few times over

the years and was always corrected in the following iOS update. However

the iOS26.2 update did not correct this. We are looking into if there

is anything that we can do on our end, however this might have to wait

until the next iOS update due to how Apple detects and sends this data.

Yes. I was using it just the day before on the same iPad. I use it flying (Dual Electronics XGPS160). I did an update on the iPad 12-12-25. Then tried to use it again a few days later. That's why I really believed it was the iPad update that caused the problem. Now I'm not sure because I did the factory reset. I have a new one coming.

Thanks
