I've just emigrated from the Netherlands to Italy. I would like to change the region in my apple account, but it appears that I have to close all my current subscriptions, including my AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss. I pay the AppleCare + TL for my iPhone 16 pro monthly. I bought my phone in April last year. Is it possible to end the monthly subscription, change the region and then take a new subscription in the correct region?

Contact Apple about this. This is a very complicated question since it involves multiple countries (I would have to read documents in Dutch and Italian) and I have yet to see a definitive answer in similar posts I have seen on this forum. I suspect it won't be possible, but again it would be best to ask Apple.
