Wired Keyboard A1243 not recognised by M2 Pro Mac Mini

System Report recognises the harware is pugged in (keyboard hub)

USB ports on the keyboard work when a mouse or similar devices is plugged in so all the hardware looks fine.

Tahoe 26.2 not recognising the actual keyboard.

Is there a fix for this? Every oter leyboard I try is OK but I want to use the A1243 wired keyboard with numeric keypad.

Tried plugging it into a Windows laptop and Windows reported it could not identify the device. Pretty sure now it's a dead keyboard.

Does the keyboard work on a different computer?

Tried restarting the computer?

Does it work with a different port?
