GarageBand - Looking for old version of GB to run on macOS 10.14.6 (Mojave).
I purchased a refurbished MacBook Air for my son to record basic audio. This is our first MacBook.
Is there any way to install a functional version of GarageBand on this computer?

Apple does not make older versions available on the App Store, and the current versions will not work with Mojave. Can you upgrade to a higher version of MacOS? If you are using an interface for recording, it might come with DAW software.
Otherwise, Audacity can also do some rudimentary recording along with excellent audio processing.
The current version on the app store says it works with 14.4 or later, so update your computer as far as you can.
