urgent request cognitive accessibility assistance to resolve critically, important issue but request ignored and unable to give an escalation team person information requested because I cannot understand and cognitive load to deal with the problem is now unmanageable Apple privileges certain cognitive styles, what can I do if that’s not me. Very distressfu.

Thank you so much! I cannot tell you how much this means to me. This has become a cognitive accessibility nightmare.  My efforts have collapsed under the  cognitive  load.

All because I cannot work with PDFs.

after many drafts I finnlay have a cogent description of the core problem:

1. I’m disputing a charge for an express replacement for my 15 pro Max.   ($1600 + 😳)

2. Apple will not work wiht me unless I type or paste or write the serial number of the damaged phone on PDF copy of an invoice  from my carrier.   Apple will not accept the serial number any way.

3. I cannot do this.  For me, PDFs are cognitively unnavigable.  They just are. But Apple will not work with me unless I do.

4. Apple will not accept the screen shot from an iMessage  support chat that has the serial number.

5. I am afraid the case manager will not keep the scheduled phone call tomorrow because I can’t figure out how to get the serial number on the PDF.

And I will have to pay the $1600 + for the phone simply because PDFs are cognitively inaccessible to me.

What a wonderful post! I do indeed feel myself to be a fellow forum member. Is there anything better than realizing one is not alone?
