No but you can look at Virtual Machine software, which in my opinion is a superior dual boot option due to the fact the OS can run side by side and share between the OS's. Eliminates rebooting.

Could theoretically be, yes. There isn’t one now.

Will there be? Depends on the plans both of Apple and of Microsoft, neither of whom have disclosed any plans to support such a feature.
