How do I regain control of my compromised Apple Account and remove unauthorized devices?

my account is compromised and I need help. I have 2 iPhone 16 pros and they are both hacked. I have AirPod Pros that are not mine attached to my account. I’m on a 16 pro and can’t even iMessage any of my contacts. There is an Apple TV in MY HOME set up as a home hub without my permission or consent and it has been set up to monitor me and do things all over my home that I have not given permission to do.
