Apple TV APP unable to connect

on my hisense TV, the Apple TV APP has stopped working with an unable to connect message. All other apps on TV work fine. I have recycled everything, deleted and reinstalled app with no luck. Network connection is fine.

Help please

my first troubleshooting steps would be to

pull the plug on the tv

pull the plug on your wifi rouer

let them both start up again and try again

Resolved. Set TV to sync time . Odd fix, but it worked.
