I have Norton and Malwarebytes on my 2024 MacBook Air. I went onto Malwarebytes and stopped my subscription. I need help in removing the software from my computer. Go easy on me as I'm not very familiar of doing that on my own.

Open Malwarebytes, go to the Help Menu and click on Uninstall. Then follow the onscreen prompts.
While you're at it, remove Norton too. It is unnecessary and just serves to muck up the Mac and slow it down.

EDIT: Norton is not needed nor recommended either. you would do well to uninstall it as well.
The last version of Norton that did not make a dungheap of Macs was released about 25 years ago.
