Updated Control Center removed app

After today’s update the watch Control Center is missing at least one app and it can’t be added back. I liked the Noise app that measured decibels and had it in Control Center but the update removed it and it is not even available to put in the smart stack. Extremely annoying now I have to scroll through a million apps to get to it. Any suggestions other than waiting for the next update?
