Cellular is not working after updating to iOS 26.2, iPhone 16

After updating to iOS 26.2, my iPhone 16 cannot connect to cellular network. I tried restarting the phone several times, remove and re-insert my physical sims, turn airplane mode on and off then go to About ... None of them worked. The phone doesn't even allow me to change any cellular settings (see screenshot).

iOS 26.1 worked fine for me. I started having this problem a couple of hours ago when I updated to iOS 26.2.

Does anyone have this issue or know how to fix it?

Did you run the Diagnostic...?

Put your iPhone in diagnostics mode - identify potential hardware and software issues

How to put your iPhone in diagnostics mode - Apple Support

Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset -------> Reset Network Settings <—————RESET

If you see SOS, No Service, or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

call your Cell Provider if no insight, they can re-provision your device if necessary

-> I did and it said it's a hardware issue. Assuming updating iOS doesn't destroy my hardware, the diagnostic must be wrong.

Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset -------> Reset Network Settings <—————RESET

-> I forgot to mention but I did this, too. It didn't work!

-> That's the next thing I'm gonna try. It's currently 6AM in my area, so I'll have to wait for a couple of hours. TBH, I don't really have high hope. I tried removing the physical sim tray and I noticed the phone didn't show "No Sim". Instead it's still showing "No Service". So, either updating iOS really destroyed my hardware or it's the problem of the iOS 26.2 itself.
