I’ve just upgraded to an iPhone 17 from 13 and the jet2 app will no longer load. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the app but still no joy. It woks fine on my old iPad

That app isn't owned by Apple. Contact the App Developer if you're having issues with it --> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
You could be waiting for weeks or months for someone to see this and reply. If you have the time, then wait. Or contact the App Developer. There have to my recollection been a number of complaints about this app in the past. It doesn't appear to be very reliable. But that is again, on the app developer to fix. Apple can't do anything about a 3rd party app.
I was hoping someone else had the same issue and could offer a solution
Sadly clicking on the app developer link just takes you to the standard Jet2 website with no option to report app issues, but thanks anyhow
