Apple store unauthorized charge on credit card

ON the Dec 11th at 22:28 I ordered 1 ipadPro with 1 pencil and 1 keyboard for a toal value of 3786 eur, which have been charged to my credit card. After about 20 min I saw a second charge on my credi card of 548 eur, still from Apple. Since i didn't recognize this transaction I immediately activated the fraud process with the app of my bank. I called Apple support and initially they told me that I have excuted 2 separated orders (which is not true) and finally they admitted that there was a "techincal issue" in the store and my order was spilt in 2. They told me that the 548 will be refunded.. I asked for an immediate refund but they said that I need to wait for it, but in the meanwhile Apple charged me 548 eur unathorized and my bank decided to destroy the credit card as this transaction was not authorized by me. It is unbelivable inacceptable to see this types of mistakes from a company like Apple. It is an illegal act and absolutely not in line with theri Etich and Compliant code: "Apple conducts business ethically, honestly, and in full compliance with the law. We believe that how we conduct ourselves is as critical to Apple’s success as making the best products in the world. Our Compliance and Business Conduct policies are foundational to how we do business and how we put our values into practice every day.". I'm exreemely disdappointed. I don't know how may years of online purchases in many other platforms, like amazon, temu, aliexpres, zalando, samsug, etc etc it never happend to me such bad experience and will advise every person that I know unacceptable treatment I received from Apple.
