NOTE & MAIL content shrunk

NOTES suffers from the same problems as MAIL: no full screen for content due to the persistent list of Notes (Inbox). I changed the NOTES presentation to Categories which uses icons and restores content to full screen. It’s messy but it works. MAIL doesn’t offer this and I read that long-clicking on a MAIL message opens it in a full screen. Bul this is super messy.

What was Apple thinking when it released such flawed versions of the popular MAIL and NOTES apps? AI or quality control based on no use of these apps? Disappointing.
