unsyncing other device I no longer have access to

In the past my exhusband signed into a device and all my contacts and info - not sure if passwords also sync (?) - synced with his contacts. We are no longer in contact and I want to know the best way to ensure that all contacts and passwords etc are no longer synced with his Apple ID. Is there anyway to do that through my iCloud account? I have changed my Apple ID password so assuming no new information is syncing, but just wanted to know if there is a way to erase sync.
