Apple watch se2 sleep tracking issues

What to do when "no data" is the result from the watch, and the usual checks/tips for post software update apocalypse have been exhausted ? (This occurred after the update to 26.1, the Sleep function was working fine before the update)

One more thing to try, if you haven't already:

To rule out a software issue inside your backup data, erase the watch and pair it again, setting it up as a new device. You will only lose your created Watch faces and may have to activate the cards in your Wallet app again.

Then test the Sleep recording again.
