Apple data music stream for apple music

Hi everyone I have been trying to get my apple music data ( streams) from the requesting your data for the past 2 months to use for an app that calculates my streaming numbers called “stats.fm” to anyone interested.

Every time I request my data I get send this email that says this:

We are working on preparing a copy of the data you requested on 30 November 2025 at 18:28:43 GMT+2. We could not retrieve the items below and will notify you when these items become available. You can check their status on your ’Data and privacy’ page.

and I never ever get my data I tried numerous times sending emails to apple support but they don’t answer and at this point I’m honestly just getting ****** off
