Apple Podcast Episodes will play during my Live Zoom (while app disabled etc. see below)

Despite Continuous Playback being disabled and the app being Swiped off my iphone13 when I am in my Zoom (teaching online yoga) an episode will start automatically (almost as if being triggered by my own voice! SO utterly frustrating. Even if I declare that episode as "Mark Played' (because my online attendees can then hear the podcast episode as well) it will then suddenly Auto relaunch and start playing again. Seems to me that Apple Podcast App has major BUGs and it's got to the stage whereby I may have to fully delete this app and listen to podcasts on another provider like Spotify or something. I also "Remove from UP Next' all episodes Before I open my Zoom. I also have "Do Not Disturb" on the phone. Any other ideas please ?
