Which capture cards are compatible with Apple silicon?

Which capture cards are compatible with Apple silicon? I need to record video from my a7iii to my Macbook HD and I apparently need a capture card to do this. It seems like some capture cards are not compatible with Apple silicon. I really need an answer FAST as I have an event I'm shotting tomorrow!

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 26.1

Get one of the UGREEN or MICROWARE cards — they’re USB-C, plug-and-play, and appear as a video input immediately.

Thanks for the advice! Would either of those so happen to be sold in stores? I need to walk into a place and pick one off the shelf. If not, well I guess they could work for future me! But present me would not be happy.
