Conditional highlighting for exceeding 360 days in Numbers cell with formula

Numbers cannot evaluate conditional highlighting directly on duration-formula cells.

Convert the formula result to a numeric day count using VALUE() or TODAY() - A2.

Apply the highlight rule to the helper cell or reference it.

Hide the helper column for clean presentation.

Conditional highlighting allows you to make rules for durations, including "greater than or equal to", and you can put 360d into the rule (which it will convert to 51w 3d, which is the same thing so don't be alarmed).

This table has one Header row. Formula in B1 is DURATION(,360)

The comma tells Numbers to ignore weeks but to include days.

We don't know how you calculate Durations in the Body Rows of Column B.
