Multiple Faulty AirPods Pro 2 Replacements – Need Proper Resolution
Hello Apple Team,
I am facing repeated issues with my AirPods Pro 2 and the replacements I have received, and I am extremely frustrated at this point.
Here is exactly what has happened:
- My original AirPods Pro 2 had glitching issues, so Apple replaced both AirPods under warranty.
- In the replacement pair, the left AirPod was not properly aligned, which caused discomfort while inserting and removing it.
- I visited the service center again, and they replaced the left AirPod.
- However, this new left AirPod is now producing a clipping/clicking sound every time I put it in my ear. The issue starts immediately and is very noticeable.
This means that in a short time, I have received three faulty units in total, and I’ve had to visit the store multiple times. This has been extremely inconvenient and disappointing, especially for a premium product.
I kindly request your help in resolving this properly. I would prefer:
- A complete full-unit replacement (both AirPods and the charging case),
- or
- A guaranteed, thoroughly checked, non-defective replacement.
I just want a stable, working pair without having to return again.
