Notify Me When Left Behind exceptions of the Find My... app don't save anymore

The exceptions I have for the Notify Me When Left Behind section of the Find My... app don't seem to be saving ever since I updated to iOS 26. I have 2 location exceptions for my iPad for this: my apartment and the resort my family vacations at every summer. However, after updating my iPhone 13 Mini to iOS 26, these seem to be only temporarily saved, causing me to get "Your iPad was left behind at your apartment" notifications that I didn't used to get. This happens about every two weeks or so. Is there anything I can do to keep this from happening again?
