How to make inbox appear for each email address in iPhone Mail app?
How can I make the inbox appear here please (before I add other email accounts)

The Inbox is right there at the top.
When you only have one account added (iCloud), you only see the one Inbox at the very top.
If you add more than one account, each account then will have it's Inbox listed in its section, you will also get an "All Inboxes" option at the top instead, and you also get the option to see the Inboxes for the added accounts listed in the top section. You can customize this via the Edit menu.
