Apple Gift Card refund not received — what is the expected refund timeline?
I purchased an Apple Gift Card via email from Nepal using an international card. The payment was deducted, but the gift card was not delivered, so I cancelled the order.
I received an email confirming the cancellation, but I do not see any refund status in reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can someone tell me:
1) How long Apple Gift Card refunds usually take?
2) Is there any alternate way to contact Apple Support from a country without local Apple support?
Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
