iMessage and Facetime Stuck at activating and giving erros while activeting

Hi there!

I have an iPhone 7 Plus on iOS 15.8.5 and i love it! But today i got a strange thing… After turning on my phone both iMessage and Facetime logged out, my phone number got empty and trying to activate both gives me the message “An error occurred while activating. Try Again” it only happears when i try to activate with my apple id, note using other apple id gives me the same thing, ive resetted the network settings, force restarted the phone, logged out and logged back in on the apple id, and when it trys to verify my phone it gets stucks on verifying. Also the phone as a SIM card and it works in SMS and Calls, so what i do?
