Your Mac mini’s screen jumps during audio playback due to GPU + Core Audio redraw timing glitches, sometimes exacerbated by external monitors, scaling, or high refresh rates1. . To fix:
Reset NVRAM/PRAM
2. Restart Core Audio (sudo killall coreaudiod)
3. Use native resolution / 60 Hz refresh
4. Test different cables / ports
5. Toggle ProMotion / automatic graphics
6. Update macOS to latest minor version
Can the Author ( you ) of this reply explain
1 - Apple " MAcmini M2 Pro " How does a person do a NVRAM / PRAM reset since Apple clearly mentions elsewhere this Does Not Apply to Apple Silicon Computers
2 - As the user has already clearly mentioned the computer is running Tahoe 26.1. Unless there has been another update, there are no new updates to be had
If what we suspect may be happening
