Transfer Live-Photos from Mac to iPhone without iCloud

It is still not possible to transfer Live-Photos from Mac to iPhone without iCloud, is it? Airdrop is not an option when the data size is too big. When exporting the Live-Photos as unmodified original, a photo and a video is being stored. And it can be synthesized again in the Photos App on Mac but not on IOS. Please give me a reliable method without Third-party software and without iCloud to Transfer Live-Photos from MacOS to IOS without losing the video component.

Pictures in Photos aren't files, they're a result of files and the information contained in a database. This saves lots of storage space, and it makes it possible at any time to revert back to the original image. But it also means that an exported picture can never have all the information that's in Photos' database. Live Photos are a special proprietary offering from Apple, and there is no standard for transferring that information with a picture. Instead, you get a picture and a movie.

Of course, we here can't give you anything, reliable or not. We are not Apple; folks who read these posts are just users like you. Some of us hang around here from time to time in case our experience may help someone, but Apple engineers don’t read the stuff here.
