Can I exchange my AirPods 4 for the noise cancelling version with wireless charging?

I recently received the RBC student account offer to receive free AirPods 4, I just got them and I have only used them once, I didn't realize I didn't get the option to get the noise cancelling version. I was wondering if I would be able to "trade" these ones in and pay the difference to get the ones with the noise cancelling and wireless charging.
