Someone imbedded a iPhone in my iPhone and synced their contacts into my iPhone. How can I be sure that they are completely gone from my account also they changed so many passwords that I deleted but are they really gone

There is no means to unmerge previously-merged contacts, other than manual removal of unrecognized entries.
Merging commonly arises when someone switches Apple Accounts on an iPhone without erasing the contents of the iPhone, or is otherwise sharing an Apple Account.
Why do you think your device has been "hacked"? Even account access is surrounded by a number of security features but is more easily compromised by hackers convincing people to reveal security information, or users not bothering with implementing Apple’s security features.
