How do I change the order of the icons in the Apple email ribbon at the top of the email pane?
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.7
I can report that on my M1 Studio running macOS 26.1 Tahoe if I hold down the Command (⌘) key I can click&drag the icons to where I want them. Have you tried that?
If you mean at the top of the screen where you compose an email, this is what it looks in Tahoe:
And it's not user-changeable as far as I can tell.
These are default. As fas as I know you can not change them.
The rest you can add and to do that Go To >View >Customize Toolbar
Ok, thanks Al. My Mac Air is a 2017 model so, it looks like there are set and unmovable. Do you happen to know if the new model MacAirs' ribbon icons are movable?
