What happened to the ability to change text color in mail??

Compose a new email or reply to an existing one in the Mail app.

Type the text you want to change the color of.

Select the text by double-tapping a word, then dragging the grab handles to include all the text you want to format.

Look for the Formatting Bar above the on-screen keyboard. Tap the Aa button (it looks like two capital 'A's, one small, one large).

This opens the formatting menu. Look for the color wheel icon (it may be labeled with a color, like a small, colored square).

Tap the color wheel (or color square) and a palette of color options will appear.

Select the color you want for your text.

The color of the selected text will change immediately. You can also tap the Aa button before you start typing to set the color for the text you are about to write.
