Activation unsuccessful FaceTime and iMessage

I switched from iPhone 15 pro max to 16 pro max , and unable to use iMessage and FaceTime in this new phone ,they work with mail ,but getting activation unsuccessful for number and in my profile under sign-in and security it says number unavailable for iMessage and FaceTime. What do I do? I have done everything possible, present on the internet

Double check here for tried everything If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime on your iPhone - Apple Support
