If you have recently updated the IOS version on your phone check the following settings to make sure they haven't changed:

  1. unlock your phone and go to Settings
  2. Scroll down to Apps (It's probably at the bottom of the list).
  3. On the next screen scroll down to Messages and tap there.
  4. Scroll through the settings and make sure MMS messaging is on. If you have IOS 18 or higher, it might be a good idea to turn on RCS messaging as well. it might be a good idea to activate RCS as well. It seems to support some features that MMS doesn't support.
