How to return a found Apple Watch Series 9
I found a watch - 9series. I want to return it to the owner. How to do it?

Only the owner can choose to enter contact information if they want to and it would then appear on the screen. They can still track the device, so they know exactly where it is and not everyone is comfortable disclosing their personal information. You are not going to find any information about the owner without their consent, as that would be a privacy concern and only the owner has control over what information is available about them.
Your best option is to turn it in at a local lost and found, or possibly a Police Station. The owner can then track its location and pick it up. Even though you have good intentions, it may not be the best idea if the owner was able to track it to your house and knocked on your door wondering why you have it.
