Apple balance

Hi, I added the $415 funds to my Apple balance for Apple gift card purchase and I didnt know that I could done it without adding in balance. While I was trying to purchase GC I got an error about “Your purchase cant be completed”. Then I connected to Support they didnt able to help me so I requested refund of my funds to my original payment method and I got denied (Support cant help either). What Can I do with that they are refusing to refund my money back? Pls any suggestions?
