Firstly does your iPhone have Apple Intelligence setup and working? If so, your iPhone 15 Pro Max can use Visual Intelligence either from the Control Center, Action Button, or Lock Screen.
If not, you'll have to meet the requirements.
- Make sure you're on iOS 18.1 or later.
- Make sure you have at least 7 GB of storage.
- Device language and Siri language set to the same supported language
