Digital ID option missing from Wallet on iPhone

I have an iPhone 13 running 18.7.2, but my Wallet does not offer the Digital ID under Driver’s License and I do not see an ID Cards option. I'd like to add my passport:

The article you linked says you must have the latest version of iOS. You will not see it on iOS 18.7.2. Update to iOS 26.1 and then you will have the option to add the Digital ID.

The specific device support is listed on the bottom of the screen you linked in your post.

To create a Digital ID in Wallet you must have valid unexpired U.S. passport and an iPhone 11 or later with iOS 26.1 or later, or Apple Watch Series 6 or later with watchOS 26.1 or later.
