AirPods not connecting or showing in Bluetooth devices on iPhone and Mac

My AirPods is not being connected either with Mac or iPhone, it's not even showing in bluetooth devices. the AirPods are charged , white light is also on when reset button is on. as its not showing in phone or Mac, so "forget device" is also no option.
