Where to turn off auto-forwarding in Mail

I turned on auto–forwarding of certain messages in Mail. Now I want to turn it off but can't find where to do it.

I've looked in Mail -> Settings -> Rules but there aren't any rules for auto forwarding (there is only one rule to put Google groups messages in the trash).

Can someone please tell me where to turn it off?

I would check your rules in Mail.

If it's a iCloud email you would log into iCloud in a browser and Open Settings: Click the Settings gear icon (⚙️) at the top of the Mailboxes list, then choose Settings.

Select Forwarding: In the sidebar, select Mail Forwarding.

Set Up Forwarding:

Select the "Forward my email to" checkbox.

ype the forwarding address in the text field.
